The TDIAN PUMA2450 supporting truss system has been successfully delivered.

Recently, six Dean PUMA2450 high-efficiency turning centers purchased by the customer, along with the self-made truss robotic arm system from Tianjin Shenming Technology, have been successfully delivered.


Recently, the 6 Dean PUMA2450 high-efficiency turning centers purchased by the customer,have been successfully delivered along with the self-made truss manipulator system from Tianjin Shenming Technology.

The Dean PUMA2450 features a hard rail high-rigidity bed design, which meets the requirements for high rigidity and high precision machining while effectively absorbing vibrations and reducing resonance. The maximum spindle speed of the equipment is 3500 r/min, with a motor power of 18.5 / 15 kW (30 min/continuous) and a spindle torque of 201.8 N·m.

The compact spindle structure design reduces rotational inertia load, enhances spindle rigidity and torque, and decreases spindle acceleration/deceleration time, while also improving maintainability. The optimized layout of the feed device and the low center of gravity design ensure a stable feeding state during the acceleration/deceleration process of cutting. In addition, the efficient servo motor drives the turret, ensuring strong machining capability and stable tool change performance at high speeds.

The truss automation loading and unloading system designed and manufactured by Tianjin Shenming Technology consists of a processing device and a truss manipulator, with the manipulator capable of handling loads of around 20 kg and a tray with 72 positions. Daily maintenance only requires manual upkeep of the tray, allowing one person to oversee 6-8 machines simultaneously, significantly reducing labor costs. Furthermore, the material library can be finely adjusted according to the differences in customer workpieces. This supporting system not only helps customers easily achieve automated loading and unloading but also saves labor costs and improves production efficiency!
