The traditional processing model requires manual loading and unloading, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inefficient; the cylinder tube needs to be processed at both ends, with little processing content, but requires unloading twice, leading to long auxiliary times; moreover, during the processing, iron filings get tangled, requiring manual cleaning, which is time-consuming and troublesome; so, how can we improve the drawbacks of this traditional processing model?
To achieve the intelligence of the production line and the automation system of the hydraulic cylinder production line, we use a multi-joint robot form, which conveniently avoids interference from the empty center frame; the robot gripping system adopts a special lifting form, replacing the support structure of the machine tool, reducing the accumulation of iron filings inside the machine tool, and can accommodate a wide range of products with different diameters without the need to replace components.
For the processing of the cylinder tube, we have adopted a special new process that allows for the processing of both ends of the cylinder tube with a single clamping. In terms of iron filings treatment, we use a high-pressure cooling liquid system, combined with optimized processing parameters, effectively solving the problem of iron filings entanglement.
