With the increasing global emphasis on environmental protection and energy efficiency, automotive lightweighting has become an important development trend in the rapid development of new energy vehicles. Mr. Jiang combined the development opportunities brought by new energy vehicle manufacturing with the requirements for production line design and equipment usage, introducing the key points of innovative production line design and flexible production line cases, expressing the determination to expand the new energy vehicle industry.
We know that innovative production line design (automation, digitalization, intelligence) is a systematic project that requires a thorough understanding of customer needs, part structures, processing technology, machine tools, clamping, and various other factors to determine the corresponding automation forms and layouts. If any related link encounters a problem, it may lead to production line failure or not achieving the expected results. "In terms of product (part) processes, only by fully understanding the structure of the products processed by the customer can a reasonable, reliable, and relatively balanced process flow be formulated. In terms of equipment selection, while ensuring stability and reliability, the brand and cost-effectiveness of the equipment must also be considered. In addition, the selection of fixtures and cutting tools is also very important, as it will affect the overall performance of the production line," Mr. Jiang analyzed. "Of course, in the design of the automation system at all stages and throughout its entire lifecycle, whether in design, commissioning, or use, safety must always be prioritized."
Afterward, Mr. Jiang detailed the design, development, and implementation processes with specific cases. Currently, we have established multiple flexible automation production lines for customers, including engineering machinery pin shaft processing lines, caliper automation processing lines, rear axle shell machining lines, third-generation hub unit production lines, hydraulic cylinder intelligent production lines, planetary frame automation production lines, new energy motor shell automation processing lines, transmission gear automation lines, differential housing automation production lines, shaft flexible automation processing lines, large bearing seat automation processing lines, hydraulic valve body automation lines, and shock absorber automatic assembly lines, all of which are currently operating well.
The construction of flexible automation production lines relies on a professional team. The company has a technical team with strong technical capabilities, a wide service range, and high levels of software and hardware, capable of developing and designing flexible automation production lines that integrate CNC machine tools, industrial software, and modern robots.
