With the continuous changes in customer demands in the machining industry, the high cost-performance horizontal lathe center LEO series—LEO225/235, brings a different experience to customers. It not only has a high rigidity and stable bed structure design but also boasts high productivity and quick response. Whether for precision machining of parts or for mass production, this series can meet the diverse production needs of different customers.
1. High rigidity bed structure: The bed structure has undergone stress analysis through FEM (Finite Element Method) to enhance rib design to prevent twisting and deformation, thickening and widening key structures to increase the rigidity and stability of the bed. Additionally, the bed features a 30° inclined design, with a low center of gravity, further enhancing the stability of the machine tool.
Furthermore, to compensate for the rigidity during the processing of devices under maximum load, the internal bearing structure has been improved. Through the design of the spindle cover, feed shaft, and low vibration structure of the bed surface, high production capacity can be maintained even after long-term use.
2. High productivity: With fast transfer speeds and a high-speed spindle, the cutting process is efficient, resulting in shorter and smoother processing times, thereby improving production efficiency.
3. Easy operation: Equipped with a rotary control panel, it enhances operational convenience.
4. Servo turret: Standard equipped with a 12-tool position turret, using a high-torque servo motor, allowing for more tools to be installed, thus improving processing efficiency. The design is optimized and improved in the servo turret drive system and structure, similar to the Lynx series, reducing failure rates while making maintenance more convenient, thereby enhancing the stability and reliability of the machine tool.
