DN Solutions strategically acquires Germany’s HELLER Group, strengthening its global footprint in the high-end machine tool market.
On August 27, DN Solutions, the world’s third-largest and South Korea’s largest machine tool manufacturer, officially signed an agreement to acquire the HELLER Group, a German high-end machine tool maker with a 130-year history. As DN Solutions’ long-term partner in the Chinese market, Shinming Technology has, since its founding 20 years ago, made representation of Dean Machine Tools its core business, closely accompanying the company through its brand evolution—from Daewoo and Doosan to Dean.
Shenming Technology not only focuses on the sales of Dean machine tools but also actively expands into CNC machine tool automation, assembly line manufacturing, smart factory construction, modern robotic system integration, the R&D and production of TIC grinders, industry-specific equipment, and used machine tool business. Furthermore, it provides customers with comprehensive services that encompass telephone technical support, on-site maintenance, parts supply, as well as equipment relocation, retrofitting, and routine maintenance.
