　　 Vertical Machining Center DNM 5705

　　The NM series delivers higher production efficiency, with more reliable configurations and a robust structure. The DNM series is engineered around high spindle speeds and exceptional rigidity, featuring a direct‑drive spindle and roller‑type guideways to provide users with an outstanding machining experience. Furthermore, the DNM series expands the machining envelope to one of the largest in its class, enabling versatile, high‑efficiency machining operations.

　　The bed base has been reinforced with additional stabilizing support points to ensure optimal structural integrity. Key structural components have been thickened and widened to further enhance bed stability. Equipped with a high‑performance direct‑drive spindle, it minimizes vibration and thermal errors during high‑speed machining, thereby improving machining accuracy. The tool holder is compatible with BT or BBT interfaces. The newly designed control panel features intuitively arranged function buttons for enhanced ease of operation and includes a full QWERTY keypad, making setup and execution faster and more convenient.

　　The DNM 5705 comes standard with a high‑performance direct‑drive spindle rated at 8,000 r/min (with an optional 12,000 r/min), which helps enhance machining accuracy. All axes are equipped with high‑rigidity roller‑type linear guideways, offering distinct advantages in load capacity and service life. Furthermore, the DNM series machines can be customized to accommodate customer requirements, with enlarged table sizes and increased maximum load capacities to meet the demands of diverse component‑machining applications.

　　The DVF 5000 is a compact five-axis machine designed for machining complex components, delivering high productivity and exceptional reliability. Its robust structure and compact footprint make it ideally suited for producing small to medium-sized workpieces with intricate geometries. Equipped with an environmentally friendly full‑fat lubrication system, the DVF 5000 delivers stable machining performance thanks to its high‑speed, directly driven built‑in spindle. It also boasts the largest machining envelope in its class and features a support frame that enhances stability during operation.
