Shenming Technology participated in the FAW Group’s “Qi Zhi • iM” Forum on Advanced Manufacturing Technologies.
On July 24, the second “Qi Zhi•iM” Manufacturing Technology Forum of China FAW was grandly inaugurated at the Qijing Innovation Space at the Group’s headquarters. This high-end forum was themed “Smart Manufacturing with Qi Zhi, Leading the Future,” and, centered on the two key technological pillars of “zero-carbon manufacturing” and “intelligent manufacturing,” it brought together experts to offer advice and pool resources for building a strong industrial nation, a strong manufacturing nation, and a strong automotive nation. Beijing Smart technology Co.,ltd. delivered a keynote speech at the “Flag•Pengpai” Assembly Manufacturing Sub-forum.
Wang Sujiang, Technical Sales Director at Beijing Smart technology Co.,ltd., delivered a presentation titled “Case Study on the Automation of Key Automotive Components.” He provided a detailed overview of the machining challenges associated with differential housings and the requirements for production line design. By comparing traditional methods of machining passenger car differential housings, he highlighted the advantages of an automated production line. Through the rational design and layout of its automated production line, Smart technology has transformed conventional machining processes, directly reducing costs related to machine tools, cutting tools, and labor while enhancing machining efficiency.
In addition, General Manager Wang presented Shennaming Technology’s proven application cases in areas such as automated production lines for wheel hub bearings, aluminum wheel hub manufacturing, automated connecting‑rod machining cells, engine block assembly lines, automated rear axle and center‑axle production lines, automated caliper machining units, and planetary carrier assembly lines, drawing attendees to stop by the booth for discussions throughout the exhibition.
