　　As the year draws to a close, in light of the current severe epidemic prevention situation in China, Beijing Smart technology Co.,ltd. held its 2021 annual summary meeting online on January 22, 2022. During the meeting, department heads reviewed the company’s work throughout 2021, analyzed existing problems and shortcomings, and formulated the 2022 development plan based on the opportunities and challenges currently facing China’s manufacturing sector.

　　At the outset of the meeting, Liu Wei, Assistant to the Chairman of the President’s Office, expounded on the theme of this annual conference—“Uphold Our Original Aspirations with Steadfast Action and Forge Ahead with Vigor”—and outlined the company’s organizational structure. She reviewed the key events of 2021 and the progress made in fulfilling our objectives, while also setting forth the goals and plans for 2022. Looking back over the year, thanks to the dedication of the company’s leadership and all employees, we achieved record-breaking performance, steadily enhanced our industry standing and public image, and ensured the orderly execution of all initiatives, reaping remarkable successes. Yet, behind these accolades lie greater missions and responsibilities. She urged all members of the Shenming team to remain true to our original aspirations, press forward with determination, and deliver even greater results in 2022.

　　This year, at Shenming, we have reaped both rewards and accolades, while also confronting challenges and difficulties; pressure and responsibility go hand in hand, and hard work and dedication walk side by side. Qiu Tieming, Deputy General Manager of the Sales Department; Wang Jianping, Director of the After‑Sales Department; Jiang Wei, Deputy General Manager of the Technical Department; and Li Zhongming, Plant Manager of Lingxiu Automation, each presented reports on their departments’ daily operations, summarized their 2021 achievements, and outlined plans for the coming year. Representing the workforce, Wei Qiang from the SE Department, Shao Lei from the Sales Department, Dong Xiaojie from the After‑Sales Department, and Liu Yue from the Automation Plant shared their insights and experiences gained on the job. The outstanding among us forge ahead, braving obstacles and riding the waves. That is who we at Shenming are: fearless, rising to every challenge, with each of us shining brightly in our respective roles.

　　At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Li Hongyan delivered a summarizing address, fully commending the company’s achievements in 2021. He provided a comprehensive review of the company’s development journey, outlined clear plans for 2022, and set the ambitious goal of joining the “world’s premier machine tool distribution club” at an early date. Chairman Li emphasized that, despite the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic, Shenyin has remained committed to integrity, pragmatism, and relentless progress, driving innovation and long-term growth—resulting in record‑breaking performance. He expressed deep gratitude to every employee for their dedication and to their families for their quiet, unwavering support. Looking at the evolving domestic and international market landscape, since 2000 China has emerged as a major consumer of machine tools. The rapid expansion of industries such as aerospace, new‑energy vehicles, and construction machinery has created significant opportunities for our business. The company has established a robust nationwide marketing network and, in response to market dynamics and end‑customer needs, continues to refine its after‑sales service framework. By providing technical support and expert guidance across all stages of the value chain, we strive to meet customer expectations, enhance satisfaction and loyalty, and steadily expand our market share.

　　In 2022, marking the company’s seventeenth year of operation, we have adopted the development model of world‑class machine tool manufacturers and have become an integrated manufacturer of intelligent equipment and turnkey automation systems, encompassing machining, automation, spare parts sales, and after‑sales service. With the establishment of our new plant in Tianjin, we will progressively expand into emerging business areas; align closely with market demands to refine our operating model; intensify independent R&D efforts to strengthen our capabilities and solidify our foundations; bolster talent development and succession planning, preserving and building on our technical expertise to achieve lean, precision‑driven management; and foster a robust corporate culture, ensuring that individual aspirations and company objectives advance in tandem—providing a platform for more dreamers to realize their potential!
