Shenming Technology Held Its First-Half 2021 Work Conference.

　　On July 16, 2021, the first-half 2021 work conference of Beijing Smart technology Co.,ltd. was held in Suzhou. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Li Hongyan, Chairman of the company, and attended by the heads of the Sales Department, After-sales Department, and SE Department. The agenda included summarizing the company’s performance in the first half of the year, conducting a comprehensive analysis of market dynamics and key issues, assessing the business development outlook for the second half, and formulating plans and arrangements for the second-half operations.

　　At the outset of the meeting, Mr. Liu from the President’s Office presented a summary report on the performance of each department during the first half of this year. The Sales Department posted strong overall order momentum, with both the number of contracts signed and the total order value exceeding 60% of the annual sales target. Although the After‑Sales Department fell short of its mid-year revenue goals, it nonetheless achieved year‑to‑date growth rates of 10.8% in buyout fees and 61.9% in spare‑parts sales. Meanwhile, the SE Department secured major projects totaling over RMB 100 million. The meeting commended the achievements of all departments.

　　Subsequently, the heads of each department presented reports on their respective areas of responsibility, covering market environment analysis, self‑reflection on existing shortcomings, plans for the second half of the year, and measures to achieve set objectives. Notably, the work reports from the Chongqing and Shanghai regions received high praise from Chairman Li. The meeting also outlined specific action plans for the Sales, After‑Sales, and Technical departments, addressing staffing, target attainment, business process refinement, and management optimization.

　　Finally, Chairman Li delivered a concluding address. He commended everyone’s hard work and contributions to the company’s development in the first half of this year. Drawing on a multi‑faceted analysis—highlighting the absolute dominance of certain regional order volumes at Doosan, the strong support the state provides to the machinery manufacturing sector, and the impact of global environmental trends on China’s manufacturing industry—he urged all employees to remain confident. “As the company has grown to where it is today, we must unite as one, set aside distractions, and devote ourselves wholeheartedly to advancing our business. Let us cherish our shared opportunities, strengthen our convictions, and adopt a broader, more strategic perspective.”

The meeting concluded with a summary address by Chairman Li.
