　　Under the annual conference theme of “Unite Hearts and Minds, Join Hands for Long-Term Success,” leaders from all departments of the company delivered their annual work reports, summarizing the past year’s achievements and outlining plans and prospects for the year ahead.

　　First, Mr. Jiang, Director of Pre-Sales Technical Sales, presented an overview of the project team’s composition and division of responsibilities, highlighted the achievements made in 2018 in areas such as CNC machine tool and robot integration, and turnkey solutions, and outlined the key priorities for the coming year along with the critical coordination required from relevant departments. Next, Mr. Huang, General Manager of the Automation Business Unit, provided a detailed briefing on the delivery and operational performance of the automotive chassis vibration‑damping and braking system assembly line projects undertaken in 2018, as well as the efforts and changes made in team building and talent development.
